Hello everyone,
I have been a silent reader for some time now, and we are currently planning our floor plan. I would appreciate hearing your opinions on it.
In my view, it is a standard design with a few small special features. We really like it so far and would implement it as it is currently planned.
Maybe you will notice something that is particularly poorly designed.
Thank you very much!!

from a well-known prefabricated house manufacturerDo you mean a nationwide company with a lot of advertising? The staircase is chosen because it saves space. That’s why it fits well in your case. Most critics here build houses over 160 square meters (1,722 square feet)…

Well, the 1.20 m (4 feet) piece is definitely not 2 m (6.5 feet) long either.That's right. It's actually closer to 3.5 m (11.5 feet) 😀M

The staircase is built because it saves space. That’s why it fits well in your case. Most critics here build houses over 160 m² (1,722 sq ft)… That’s the feeling I have now too. You can’t compare a house with 140 m² (1,507 sq ft) to one with 160 m² (1,722 sq ft). We know that some areas are probably not ideal (hallway 1.20 m (3 ft 11 in)), but there is hardly any way to reduce space widthwise. For us, 140 m² (1,507 sq ft) over two floors is enough. It is a bit tighter on the ground floor because of the utility room, but we accept that 🙂

In my opinion, there isn’t a significant difference between the two.....I’m pretty sure there won’t be any corner windows ;-)https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

The hallway is not dimensioned, but if I use the wall and staircase measurements, it is approximately 1.40 meters (4.6 feet), so definitely not 1.20 meters (3.9 feet). We now have 1.40 meters (4.6 feet) as well, and that is more than enough for us 🙂
