Hello Nils,
Did I miss it? Where is north?
Here are some of my observations...
I find the hallway downstairs really awkward. To get to the living room, you have to walk all the way around the staircase? Where is the coat storage? In the utility room? I would never do that. Why not separate it?
The kitchen and living/dining area are very spacious. The kitchen almost looks like you had to fit in a certain number of square meters, but it only just fits a small island. Was that your intention?
The generous layout continues upstairs. 26 sqm (280 sq ft) for bedroom and walk-in closet but no window in the hallway. Seriously?
The upstairs bathroom is not located above the ground floor one, which is also not very practical.
Somehow, the floor plan doesn’t excite me. I think it’s a bit of a shame to decorate such a spacious 170 sqm (1830 sq ft) with so many compromises.
Ideas for changes? We would rather completely change the layout. Move the kitchen further toward the bottom of the plan? Place the coat storage and guest bathroom above it? Move the stairs? To the other side to eliminate the hallway’s awkward shape? Maybe an office on the ground floor and then a window in the hallway upstairs?
But none of this would be just a minor adjustment.
Sorry, but I really don’t like it as it is.

Overall, I like the floor plan quite a bit. Yes, the hallway downstairs is a bit unusual and might take some getting used to, and people will probably use it less, instead entering through the kitchen, but that doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing.
Upstairs in the bathroom, I wonder what the purpose of this wall section is that creates the "passage" to the shower (where a shelf/cabinet is also drawn). The shelf could just as well be placed on the wall next to the toilet, simply rotated 90 degrees, which would mean this wall section isn’t really needed at all?

Hmm. What is this supposed to be – a corner window house with a frieze? – please show some elevations. Are the floor plans oriented with true north, or is there a reason they have to be read upside down?

The hallway on the ground floor, which leads into darkness, would be a reason for me to consider looking elsewhere.
Bathroom pipes are routed through the kitchen; regarding the kitchen: your partner should try setting it up with the desired kitchen layout. Are there enough cabinets? Where could additional ones be placed?
The passage to the utility room is well designed.
Still, I wonder who would want to use the wardrobe there in such a dark and cramped space!
If a proper closet is placed there, the storage room door can no longer be opened.
A walk-in closet without an exit appeals to me personally and is also objectively impractical.

Just a suggestion for the hallway/utility room layout on the ground floor. Having a small coat rack by the entrance door for daily use and guests, and a larger one in the utility room for shoes and jackets.
The glass door to the living room would prevent the hallway from feeling like a "dark cave." A short route to the kitchen is available thanks to the additional door at the entrance.
