Hello dear forum members,
here is the first draft of our planned single-family home. I would appreciate your ideas, criticism, tips, and tricks. Sorry that dimensions and some furnishings are still missing. I am only interested in the rough floor plan for now.
Between the living and dining areas, there will be a fireplace or a decorative element serving as a room divider. In the pergola, which should have a solar glass roof, a pool is planned if the budget allows.
We plan to build using a construction manager or site supervisor with separate trade contracts, using solid construction methods.
Thank you very much for your opinions.

Honey, you can’t come into the bedroom right now, I need to go. ...or the other way around... one wants to get out of the bedroom, but the other is currently dealing with Montezuma’s revenge...

Sorry, I still can't find the model house you meant. The Concept M 165 model house by Bien-Zenker is located in Wuppertal. Or did you mean to “recognize” it? That really takes quite a bit of imagination. kaho674 schrieb:
They were definitely afraid of the original poster’s anger. Yesterday (1889) was someone’s birthday who was frankly told they lacked the talent for a (building) art scholarship – the far-reaching consequences are well known *SCNR*https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

but not the one from the OP. The similarity is hardly noticeable. I’m saying it requires quite a bit of imagination – but almost everything is included: the bathroom has moved to where the dressing room was, the reading nook is now by the staircase exit (since the house is narrower, there’s less space at the opposite stair end), for the same reason there wouldn’t be room for Child 1 and there’s basically only Child 2. Even the feature fireplace is there, as well as the pool.

Sorry, I still can’t find the model home you want.
Why do you have such a large master suite for 5 minutes of use, while the child effectively only gets 12 cm (130 sq ft) for studying, playing, sleeping, and friends?
Stairs too small, garage too small That’s why we also have a second bathroom upstairs.
