There is one children's bedroom missing.
You don't have enough space for two staircases.
Arrange all rooms to scale and consider your daily routine. Everyone bathing or showering in the master bathroom, but only one toilet available.
The table in the dining area is too small.
The living room downstairs is overcrowded, while upstairs has communal rooms again.
I understand large rooms are not possible here, but this is a combination of micro rooms and wasted space.

The plans are really more to be understood as a preliminary study. Since https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/kosten-fuer-teilaufstockung-und-flachdach-mit-dachterrasse-erfahrungen.48396/ worked with images instead of PDFs, you could have continued the thread there. As it says in Life of Brian: everyone only gets one cross!

I have already ignored the construction project and the planned additional story in the other thread because there are far too many unanswered questions.
Maybe this is clear to you as the buyer, but this left and next door half, adding a story and a roof terrace, and then this drawing (where did the gable roof go, wasn’t it supposed to be only about one half?)
Now I have to download external data, and so that no one else has to do that, here are at least some screenshots:
But wasn’t there supposed to be a backyard and an adjacent neighboring building? Not here, is it?
And for everyone else: this is a renovation/refurbishment of an existing house, not a new build of a long, narrow rear house. There is already a building, and it is going to be modified.
Please, where is the site plan that might clarify things a bit? Is there even a plot besides the one under the house, and if so, where?
And if this is the house here:
and the neighboring building is to the east, then is the entrance on the south side?
Along with the site plan showing the plot and neighboring properties, access roads, etc., some photos would also be helpful.

To create more living space, I want to add an extra story to this half measuring 9.75m x 6m (32ft x 20ft) with a ceiling height of 2.9m (9.5ft). I plan to remove the gable roof and install a full roof terrace with a horizontal roof access/rooflight.

Now about the floor plan:
Where is the entrance? On the right side of the plan? Where will the shoes and jackets of 6 residents be stored?
Why do you have to walk through the pantry to reach the staircase?
Why are the stairs arranged in opposite directions, and where does the staircase on the first floor on the right side of the plan lead?
What is Room 3 supposed to be used for?
What is the purpose of the roof terrace? It doesn’t seem suitable for playing ball games or having barbecues.

Shoes and jackets will be stored under the stairs, and there would also be built-in cupboards around the table.
The table would not be round.
The stairs and a bathroom underneath already exist as shown. For the stairs, I would prefer a more space-saving solution and am open to suggestions.
The stairs in Room 3 lead via a skylight onto the terrace, which I plan to use for barbecues, a hot tub, and a hammock. The children have access to an adjacent garden plot where they can play.
The plot itself has no garden; it is fully paved and consists of the house, pathway, and parking space.
The stairs on the first floor run above the kitchen and obviously do not continue upwards.
Room 3 is intended as a shared bedroom for the younger children—small, cell-like rooms just for sleeping, studying, or privacy. The children would also have a nice room above the kitchen.
The laundry room could also be converted to a shower and moved downstairs.
This discussion should focus on the floor plan and possible improvements I could make.
I am deliberately not including a utility room because of electric surface heating with fiberglass reinforcement and a basic oven system.
Additionally, there may be split air conditioning units.
