Hello,
we need help with bathroom planning. We have already had three appointments but are still not satisfied with the layout. Do you have any ideas?
It is important to us to have enough space near the sink for additional cabinets.
We like the first version quite well, but the toilet is located right next to the door. We don’t find that very suitable.

Who does this silly debate help, about whether it was the female architect or the bricklayer apprentice? Thanks!
I don’t understand the discussion at all. What do I gain by saying it was the architect when it was not? She made a preliminary plan for the bathroom. And yes, her stamp is on it.

So, everything else is fine, except for the bathroom layout? Bathroom layouts vary so much between families like the Meiers, Müllers, and Schulzes that no fault can be attributed to the designers of catalog homes. Their focus (and they do this) is on making the space as versatile as possible. Especially with the family bathroom, which I prefer, every homeowner wants some variation, particularly in the spatial arrangement; the actual fixtures are more consistent (and interestingly, relatively more homeowners want a urinal in the guest toilet than a bidet in the family bathroom).Yes, otherwise we all liked the rooms and layouts as they were originally planned.

It didn’t cost us extra, so it didn’t matter to us.Three downspouts are used here for versatility, and in fact, they are almost a requirement for this.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

There was no extra charge for us, so we didn't care. You'll only not care about them until you're later at the shell construction stage and find three ugly Wedi corners somewhere in the living area where you didn’t want to see them.S

You only don’t care about those until you’re later in the shell construction stage and three ugly Wedi angles show up somewhere in the living area where you didn’t want to see them. On the ground floor, they’re all in the utility room. I don’t think that’s a big deal. Upstairs, one would be behind the bathtub and another in the partition wall. The third one would either be in the shower wall or another angle piece. We didn’t find that too problematic.
