Into the sewage shaft?!

This is the first city villa I've seen here that I like based on the exterior views!
The reference to a coffee grinder is unmistakable
@OP: Who in your household has the bottom fetish of constantly wanting to watch the cook’s backside?
If it’s an open kitchen, at least it should be a protected area
Regards A counter for additional workspace is planned between the dining area and the kitchen. Only the architect’s design is shown here. Kitchen layout is still pending.

Where do the toilet and washbasin on the upper floor drain to? The architect wants to lower the ceiling in the front area of the hallway (standard finished ceiling height 2.70 m (8 ft 10 in)). The lowered ceiling is also intended for recessed spotlights.
I would like to see the living room furnished. I’m afraid that an L-shaped sofa or something similar will divide the room into two halves. Also, please sketch the fireplace position.
I’m also interested in the kitchen layout, especially regarding the kitchen door. I would suggest a door that slides in the hallway as a pocket door.
I really like the entrance.

Best regards

Then you have a sewage pipe running above your front door... the ceiling would have to be lowered quite a bit, and is that really desirable?
Above that? As a layperson, I would avoid bends in the main wastewater pipe.
It looks like the wastewater chamber would be in front of the carport? So why then divert it to the right according to the plan?
