If you had to give up, on which details/features
- can you give up: maybe the pantry
- cannot give up:
Why is the design the way it is?
For example: a lot of self-designed plans and visits to prefab homes
Hello! We already have another plan shared in this forum, but we are considering changing from a straight staircase to a spiral staircase.
What do you think about my design?
Is there enough space for the pantry behind the kitchen?
How do you find the room sizes?

Any updates? Here is the change with the 25cm (10 inches).
I'm not sure if it really makes much difference...
I like it better this way; you have a great, spacious kitchen and dining area! With a 400 cm (13 ft) kitchen front, you can fit 360 cm (12 ft) of standard cabinets plus panels or an additional narrow cabinet. For people who are perfectionists about symmetry in kitchen fronts, this might not be ideal 😉 The living room is also comfortably large at 25 m² (270 ft²).
In the bathroom, I would place the door in the center, the toilet under the window, and the sink opposite. This way, the door won't be right up against the wall.
