ᐅ Bungalow floor plan with 145 sqm (approximately 1,560 sq ft)

Hello.
I am planning (just mentally for now) to build a bungalow (not an L-shaped bungalow) in Kühlungsborn with 145 sqm (1,560 sq ft).
It should have a separate walk-in closet,
no guest toilet,
separate living and dining rooms,
two children’s bedrooms,
a home office,
a utility room,
and a separate storage room (pantry).
Now, various contractors are already asking for the exact dimensions of the rooms (the size in square meters is not enough).
Does anyone happen to have a floor plan with precise measurements?
I would be very grateful for your help.

No bedroom for you, but a dressing room? No guest bathroom?
That’s quite a lot to fit into the limited square meters on a single floor.

The builders don’t require exact measurements. That seems very unusual to me.
There are plenty of floor plans available online, maybe not matching your exact specifications, but what is the forum community supposed to do now?
Nobody can work with just the ideas you have in your head. You are providing far too little information.
Plot size, how many people? Many more questions. You will definitely get help, but it seems difficult this way. Fill out a questionnaire!
