Hello!

- What do you think of our plan (carport is on the north side)?
- What could be improved or where do you see potential issues?
- We’re also not sure whether the access to the upper floor should be from the living area or from the entrance hall. What are your thoughts?

What do you mean by that?
Regarding this, we think we’ll leave out the pantry.

I sketched the kitchen myself:
As you can see from the pictures, we are still undecided about the windows 🙂

I would also place the kitchen facing east and the living room facing west, simulating the sun’s path for you.

A row of cabinets, a sideboard, an island, and a corner bench set: apart from the ground floor location, this looks to me like a break room with a kitchenette (for a dining room in a senior care group the seating would be different and allow more wheelchair turning space, but the overall atmosphere is similar). I would expect someone like Stromberg to walk in and make a silly joke about Ernie or Erika. I would never have thought this was a fully planned single-family kitchen, just waiting for the final window adjustments.
