Hello,
I would like to install a walk-in shower at floor level. Unfortunately, there is a window right in the middle of the room. The bathroom is only 5m² (54 ft²) in size. Currently, there is a bathtub installed, which I would remove to install the shower. Has anyone done something similar? If so, is it possible to see pictures of how this was solved?

You need to provide an accurately measured existing floor plan, including the layout of drainage pipes, downspouts, height details of the ceiling structure (top edge of finished floor - TEFF), details of the ceiling construction (reinforced concrete slab with bonded screed, timber beam ceiling, etc.), the maximum build-up height of the new finished floor level (clear door opening height), and information on fixed points that cannot be altered, among other things.
Otherwise, it is not possible to give a reasonable answer to your question beyond general advice and opinions that will not help you move forward. This type of sanitary planning is quite complex. Every centimeter (inch) in build-up height or required slope of the drainage pipes matters.
