Hello everyone, I have three questions:

For our new build, we have planned the following insulation for the floor (from top to bottom):

6 cm cement screed
3 cm Rollfix PST insulation, WLG 045
3 cm Jackodur KF300 insulation, WLG 035
PE moisture barrier
4 cm Jackodur KF300 insulation, WLG 035

I would like to know when to install the edge strips (perimeter insulation)? If I remember correctly, our screed installer said to install them only after placing both layers of Jackodur...
A friend of mine said the same...
But online, I only find descriptions where the edge strips are installed right before the first layer of Jackodur or polystyrene!

One question about the moisture barrier: Should it be laid flush against the wall, or should it even be attached up the wall?

And one more question about the “transitions”: When moving from a room into the hallway, for example, do I simply cut a piece out of the insulation board and then lay it around the doorway? (I hope you understand what I mean)

Thank you in advance for your answers!
