ᐅ Floor insulation gaps around ventilation ducts and conduit pipes

I am about to install the additional insulation below the underfloor heating.
Here are two example photos from the upper floor. What is the best way to fill the gaps or cavities?

Although there are no ventilation pipes on the ground floor, empty conduits cross each other there as well.
