Is there a current guideline for how high the finished floor should be above street level? Or what are your experiences—how many steps do you have leading up to your front door?
Thank you very much

Show us the house drawn onto the plot with elevation details.
We can’t give you any advice without that.
For example, I have three steps up. How does that help you?

In our case, the architect originally planned for 15cm (6 inches) above the curb, which is then adjusted for slope during paving without a step. The distance to the property line is about 6–7m (20–23 feet). A wise saying is, “You should look up to the house, not down at it.” In some building areas, this was not considered, and you can see the truth in this statement.
