Height survey €730
Site plan €650
Construction surveying including staking out the building project €700
All prices exclude VAT.
Location: Upper Bavaria, city.
Are these costs reasonable or too expensive?

We pay about 20% less in Brandenburg. I’m not sure what a “construction surveying” is supposed to be (I trained as a surveyor myself), and they probably won’t want to survey the building structure itself. What’s missing is the setting out for the land registry. In Brandenburg, the foundation slab is surveyed, while in Saxony-Anhalt the finished house is surveyed (depending on the state).
A height reference line should be established during the staking out.
1. Site plan including elevation plan
2. Rough and detailed staking out (including height reference line), although the rough staking can possibly be done by yourself.
3. Surveying (depending on what applies in your federal state)
