IKEA-Freund30 Jul 2016 11:02Regarding point 1): What do the rails look like? For type B, there is a thread with pictures here: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/rationell-schubladendaempfer-in-faktum-Küche.21216/.

Taschenlampe2 Aug 2016 19:05Hello everyone,
Thank you all so much for your answers, you’re a lifesaver! 🙂 I think I now know which dampers I need. It only depends on those two cutouts at the end of the rail, right? They are there! (see picture) So the B dampers should fit. Thanks also for the reminder that I still need the additional drawer front – I would have forgotten that otherwise 😱
The linked drawer is listed as measuring 60 x 45 cm (24 x 18 inches). Directly under the sink, there is an instantaneous water heater (or boiler? – I’m not sure), which protrudes enough that a depth of 45 cm (18 inches) might just barely fit... Is it worth the risk? Picture attached.
Here are the photos of the rail and the sink base cabinet:

IKEA-Experte3 Aug 2016 12:45Clearly B.
If there is about 45cm (18 inches) of space up to the tankless water heater, the depth is not an issue. The trap might be more of an obstacle. Is it not a sink from Ikea?

Taschenlampe4 Aug 2016 09:54I’m not sure if the sink is from Ikea. The distance from the bottom panel of the cabinet to the siphon is somewhere between 13.5 and 14 cm (5.3 and 5.5 inches). The drawer has a height of 13.5 cm (5.3 inches)... If you add the rails that the drawer slides on, it could really get tight. I’m starting to think this is a bit too risky for me. The back end of the drawer is metal too, if I’m not mistaken. So it’s not something you can just “quickly adjust.” Investing around a hundred without knowing if it will fit is a bit too risky for me “just in case.”
Still, thanks a lot for your replies, I’m going to order the dampers for the drawers now! 🙂

IKEA-Experte4 Aug 2016 12:03The vertical pipe on the right side of the picture can be easily shortened a bit.
The trap can also be replaced with a space-saving trap to make better use of the space in the pull-out cabinet.
