As a home builder, we know that in many residential areas one color tends to dominate: white. And if not white, then some other neutral shade.

Are these really your colors? What do you prefer and why?
Which colors would you consider? And are there any readers among you who have dared to explore a broader range of colors?

We at LivingHaus look forward to hearing about your experiences, feel free to share pictures as well.

Thank you, LivingHaus

...is a photo from earlier this year; it looks a bit more organized now... On the sunny side, the greenery sometimes appears yellow as well...

Thank you for sharing. It’s not exactly my style, but still nicer than the usual uniform color monotony. 🙂

I also don’t understand why things are always categorized as "in," "in fashion," "old-fashioned," etc. Honestly, I don’t care much if I like something whether it’s considered "in" or not. When it comes to colors, the local development plan or zoning regulations decide, and within that, personal taste plays a role. Everyone should be able to do what they want. I don’t presume to criticize people for having different color preferences.

In general, I like (the above-criticized) pastel colors: they are subtle and yet bring a certain character to a neighborhood.

My neighbor has "designed" his new house in lemon yellow with green windows. The combination was a bit shocking to me at first. But you get used to it. 🙂
