As a home builder, we know that in many residential areas one color tends to dominate: white. And if not white, then some other neutral shade.
Are these really your colors? What do you prefer and why?
Which colors would you consider? And are there any readers among you who have dared to explore a broader range of colors?
We at LivingHaus look forward to hearing about your experiences, feel free to share pictures as well.
Thank you, LivingHaus

The color is actually quite limited by the building plan / planning permission.
Personally, I like white plaster. As a resident of Hamburg with little sunshine in the north, the development area feels much brighter and more welcoming 🙂
Accents through wood, facade design, gates, or front doors are always welcome.

I would love it if houses were more colorful. A bit of courage with colors. Sunny yellow, a nice blue, light green... or at least brightly framed windows, a colorful front door... it all just costs more because it’s not standard. That’s probably why so few do it.
And that’s also why I like Swedish houses...

I like them too. Among other things, we have a wooden front door that we might paint a different color at some point.
