we are currently building a KFW55 energy-efficient house. The external insulation is being installed right now, and I’m not sure if everything is correct.
Insulation materials with a thickness of only about 3cm (1.2 inches) have been used (see picture). I’m concerned that the render might develop cracks over time. The site manager (by the way, very competent and frequently on site) says that everything complies with the standards. What do you think about this?
