There are associations that offer this service at a relatively low cost. The Bauherren-Schutzbund or the Association of Private Homeowners come to mind. They have regional offices that can provide this service.

Since you (unfortunately only in another thread) mentioned a "prefabricated house," my recommendation is a "prefab house expert" (Tobias Beuler).
