This could be due to the construction method related to the wall structure of the prefab house.
Next door, there is a prefab house from another manufacturer that has a horizontal "joint" in the plaster between the ground floor and the upper floor. It also looks bad but apparently that’s how it is.

Next door, I have a prefab house from another provider that has a horizontal "joint" between the ground floor and the upper floor in the render. It also looks bad but apparently that's how it is. I agree with one user that this likely does not affect the proper function of the external render. However, blaming the wall construction or the modular building method to justify it is completely wrong in terms of effect.
The work simply wasn’t done correctly. A base coat render is, among other things, meant to “even out” any irregularities in the wall structure, regardless of what type of wall construction is used.
In this case, the original poster simply neglected it. As a result, they will now have to follow up with the contractor, and since the tradespeople of larger general contractors often travel 300 km (185 miles) or more, it will take a while before anything happens—if anything happens at all.
There is also a guideline for the visual assessment of surfaces. This guideline clearly states that the surface should appear uniform and free of stripe marks. In my case, this did not quite work out. I have reported this to Bien-Zenker and am now waiting for a hopefully positive response.
