Hello everyone,
my son is currently planning his house. The exterior facade on the ground floor is to be covered with cladding panels. Among other options, the architect suggested screen-printed panels. Does anyone in this forum have experience with this type of facade cladding or can recommend other affordable panels that could be used?
Thanks in advance for the information!

He says that the house always looks clean with these panels and that he saves on maintenance. He is also known for buying "cheaply," so these panels should be available at affordable prices. The panels on his house have the appearance of rusty metal. The look is quite solid, although the sound when tapping feels quite hollow. It’s not to my taste.
My favorite for exterior cladding is larch wood in a Bergisch pattern – which is also not to everyone’s taste.

It might be interesting for you. Not necessarily because of the color (although I think it’s brilliant), but more because of the cladding itself. If I remember correctly, it’s fiber cement panels.
