I am currently planning to build a new house and have received several quotes for windows. Below, I have selected balcony sliding doors sized 240/220 cm (94/87 inches) as an example.
1)
PROFILE: SCHUCO LIVING 82 AS
COLOR: ANTHRACITE
GLAZING: ISO 4+12+4+12+4 Low-E
HARDWARE: Roto fittings, burglar resistant, locking points at 6-8 locations depending on window size, CLASS 1
BLINDS: TOP THERMO PLUS two-part with central guide

I am not sure which offer is the best. Basically, I tend to reject Kömmerling, but I am not an expert. Also, I would be interested to know if there is a significant difference between the 76MD and 88MD profiles.
I would appreciate any experiences with the window profiles listed above or general recommendations.

A 12 mm (0.47 inch) difference already suggests a considerably different construction, don’t you think? Unfortunately, the manufacturer is not very keen on making their product range transparently comparable :-(
