we already know each other (more or less).
Our experience with WIKKA... never again.
The windows were supposed to arrive in the first week of September – WIKKA was initially unreachable and then admitted they had forgotten to order the profiles. We spoke with management – no words.
Then the windows were firmly promised for today – again, no one could be reached at first – then we were informed that the profiles would only arrive at WIKKA today, with installation planned for next Tuesday.
Never again WIKKA. Our contact persons were neither reachable nor did we receive any information about the status. In our case, the company was extremely unreliable as described. Our basement is full of water, construction has been stalled since early July, and whether the windows will actually arrive on Tuesday remains uncertain.

I went with the manager of my construction company to Kirrlach and placed the order directly. They made copies of the plans and explicitly said the windows would be manufactured according to the drawings. After that, the phone calls started—at least with 10 different employees, most of whom wanted to know when they could come to take measurements. We told them many times that we were only at the stage of digging the strip foundations. They didn’t understand. Regards, RW
Our windows were finally installed after a 12-week waiting period.....
... but at least 50% are incorrect. Electric motors where they shouldn’t be, and missing where they should be. Fully frosted glass where none was requested.
The entire house has triple glazing, except for the two fixed windows in the hallway, which Wikka supplied with double glazing – that makes a lot of sense.

I have had 11 windows from Wikka for about 3 months now.
Everything worked perfectly for me. I came across Wikka through a neighbor who had a young man ring his doorbell (at that time regarding the front door) and asked if he had considered replacing it. Since he was planning to do so, he scheduled a consultation. The next day, a representative from the company came, advised my neighbor, provided a quote, and in the end, my neighbor ordered the door.
Everything went according to plan; the door was installed on time and with great care.
I got in contact with Wikka through the business card of the consultant.
The same representative came for a consultation that lasted about 2 hours, and I decided to place an order. The installation took place in September, and everything fit perfectly.
If the price is right, I plan to renovate the front door next year as well.
So, I have nothing negative to say about the company—would gladly use their services again.
