Hello,

has anyone here had experience with Termisto Swift?
It involves floor heating channels milled into the screed after installation.
Thermisto apparently inspects the screed beforehand and provides a warranty on durability and load capacity.
We are considering this Thermisto system for our renovation of an older building.

Thanks in advance.

Best regards,
Thomas

In November, I will have underfloor heating milled into the entire upper floor. It costs 3000 (including VAT) for 60 m² (650 ft²).

Just the milling for 110 m² (1184 sq ft) plus the manifold, pipes, etc., costs me 5000 EUR including VAT.

Closing the pipe channels costs another 1300 EUR, and the control manifolds and wireless thermostats would be an additional 700 EUR.
The company included these as optional items in the offer. I still need to ask why.

What else should I consider with this option?

Thanks for the info. Yes, maybe it’s because I’m in the Munich area. Somehow, prices seem different around here.
