After purchasing a plot of land in Neuhofen, Rhineland-Palatinate, we would like to build an extension onto an existing semi-detached house.

We are now looking for a general contractor.
I would be very grateful for any experiences and advice you can share.

When was the other semi-detached house built? If it is still relevant, my first consideration would be to approach the company that built it.

The future neighbor is currently hibernating in the warm south for the winter.
