ᐅ Experience with Fitting IKEA INREDA Frames with Dampers

Is it possible to equip this frame with dampers?

Removal issue:

I need to reposition the Inreda frame. So I am pulling the frame forward and pushing the "plastic stops" downward. Pulling further doesn’t help. I tried “lifting” it like with the Faktum cabinet but stopped quickly. Also, “tilting up” the frame as shown in the assembly instructions doesn’t help in this case.

Who has experience with “non-destructive” removal?

Dampers cannot be retrofitted.

Can’t you unscrew the 4 screws and remove the frame completely?

I had thought about that as well. I guess I have no other choice.
