ᐅ Experiences with the home builder Kitzlinger

I am new here and looking for feedback about the company Kitzlinger.
We are very interested in the company and their concept.

Since we are still searching for the right home builder, I wanted to ask if anyone here can provide any information about them.

I think you might be in the wrong subforum, but if you mean Kitzlinger in Sulz a.N., I can at least tell you that the company has a very good reputation, although it is positioned in the higher price range.
A similar provider would be Beilharz Haus, located in the next town, with the same profile.

We visited a customer's house in the shell stage last weekend – we really liked it.

The building envelope is very important to us, with no polystyrene insulation on the exterior walls. But it’s not easy to find someone who offers that in an affordable price range.

I wasn’t aware that I was in the wrong subforum – sorry.

It is possible to build without using styrofoam or similar materials. These are usually smaller local builders. They can be a bit more expensive, but the quality is very good.
