Hello everyone,

Does anyone have experience with the "Delta Max BL Plug" wallbox, or know someone who has or is familiar with a Delta wallbox?

I received an offer and we are considering buying it. Previously, we were offered one from ABL, which we would have preferred because it was rated very well by ADAC, but it currently has a very long delivery time. The one from Delta would be available soon.
The offer is for about 1300€ including installation.
Do you think that is a reasonable price for a wallbox?

Do you want to use the subsidy? I found the manufacturer "Delta Electronics" in the KFW list for wallboxes with the models "AC MAX SMART" and "AC MAX BASIC." Yours sounds similar, but is it really one of these two?

Hi!
Yes, it’s the AC MAX BASIC, which is eligible for the subsidy. We have already applied for the funding.
I just wonder if the device is any good.

Have you arranged for the wallbox to be installed yet? Ours (ABL) were installed yesterday, but the delivery time of about three weeks was completely reasonable under the current circumstances.

In the end, we went with a different option because our first supplier had no availability and no stock.
We then found a local provider who installed a Q.Home EDRIVE-G1 from QCells for us. In total, we paid €1122 (around $1200), of which €900 is reimbursed through the KFW program. 🙂

Fortunately, we are still covered by Progres.NRW with up to 2500 EUR per charging point and no power limitation. Payment is still pending, and the electric car is yet to arrive...
