ᐅ Experiences with Construction Companies in Berlin and Surrounding Areas (within approximately 50 km)

Hello,
we are currently looking for a construction company (masonry/concrete construction) to build our house. However, those we contact either do not respond or it takes a very long time to get answers. We have a preferred company from the town where we live (our first conversation was 2.5 weeks ago). Unfortunately, they have not replied for over two weeks now (they are not on vacation).
Now the question: Do you possibly know a construction company you can recommend? And is it normal for responses to take several weeks?

The problem is sending an email without making prior contact.
With tradespeople, it is even more difficult by email. That’s why I ALWAYS call first: “Hello, my name is Tassimat. I’m looking for a tradesperson for... Am I speaking with the right person?” The rest happens naturally from there. Only after that do I send an email: “As discussed on the phone, I am sending you...” Afterward, communication continues by phone or in person.

How many times have you tried?

I tried 5 times. If no one responds within 2-3 days, I will call and introduce myself politely.
