As an alternative, take a look at the modulating LWDV. It may qualify for a €2000 BAFA subsidy, provided that BAFA keeps its guidelines unchanged from 2020. It is also said to consume slightly less energy (10-15%).

I would also only have a modulating heat pump installed. Additionally, the underfloor heating should be calculated with specific requirements.
