ᐅ Construction Contractor Marco Friedrich’s Experience from Stendal

I know of a house he built. It was generally fine. The construction period was slightly exceeded. As far as I know, there were no significant defects.

We built our house with MF in 2013 and were very satisfied. Everything was straightforward, and changes and requests were taken into account, with efforts made to accommodate everything.

Of course, there are always issues when building a house, but what matters is how they are addressed. Here, I must praise MF. Everything was uncomplicated and ALWAYS resolved to our satisfaction.

We have now been living in the house for almost 4 years. Last summer, we noticed small, fine hairline cracks in the exterior plaster. This year, we reported the issue to Marco Friedrich and are scheduled to receive a new exterior coat this autumn.
