The plaster offered is gypsum-cement plaster Hasit 180, which I have found out by now.

Mainly regarding living spaces.
But I would also appreciate any input on construction or finishing.

Alright, based on my living experience, I have practically never known what type of plaster was on the wall, and the type of plaster probably never had a measurable impact on my living experience. This is always assuming that the visible and tangible top layer is not the plaster itself (but for example, wallpaper).
