ᐅ Experience with construction companies in the Lower Saxony area around Hildesheim/Salzgitter

My girlfriend and I are planning to build a house and are currently looking for suitable companies that could provide us with an appropriate offer.
So far, I have read a lot and, thanks to my former employer (insulation materials trading), I have also received some company recommendations. However, I am still looking for relevant experiences with companies or construction engineers.
At the moment, we have contacted the following companies:
Bauart Hildesheim
Brehmer Hausbau Hildesheim
Helma Lehrte
BauArt Hannover
Does anyone know any of these companies or have experience with them? Feel free to contact me via private message.
My initial idea was to work only with a construction engineer, as my uncle has done this twice and reported only positive experiences. Unfortunately, this construction engineer only works in the Hannover area and is therefore not an option for us; otherwise, I would have already made my choice.
I have also read many positive things about Bösteinhaus, but they do not operate in our area either.
Postal code is 31188 Holle.
The plot is not yet secured but is expected to be available soon. Infrastructure development is planned for this summer.
Desired start would be in the first or second quarter of 2019.
Construction type: solid brick - brick on brick.

LordNibbler17 Jun 2019 22:15A few years ago, I contacted Hybridenergiehaus GmbH (back then still located in Laatzen). They had a promising advertisement in the Wolfsburg area, supposedly even including a plot of land. However, the text mentioned different locations.
We then had a meeting with them, and it became clear that they did not actually have any plots available. However, they only had satisfied customers. They asked us to get back in touch once we had secured a plot of land. They would also be happy to assist with the search.
We looked for plots and identified some vacant lots. However, we received no further responses to our inquiries.
