Hello everyone,
In our house, ventilation units are to be installed in the roller shutter boxes in the four rooms in the attic—dressing room, bedroom, Child I and Child II—as well as in the kitchen and living room. Specifically, Aereco Zuroh 100 units. Does anyone have experience with these and can share their opinion? Are they worth it?
Our site manager says we don’t necessarily need them, but if we want them, they will be installed.

It’s a low-energy house, new construction, so I assume the thermal insulation is sufficient. Are you sure?
Because...

The cheapest of the cheap was installed there by the builder. Once the heat is inside the apartment, it stays there without any "active cooling."
May I ask if you have managed to solve the problem by now? I currently have the same issue with the same fan (in every room). At the moment, the humidity in the bedroom is 40%, and in the living room, it is 34%.

We have an Aereco roller shutter box ventilation Zuroh 100 installed in our condominium since May 2021. In winter, the humidity ranged between 23 and 27%, and I was able to slightly increase it to 35% using damp cloths that I had to replace constantly.
The low humidity is very unhealthy, and constantly having wet cloths indoors is not very pleasant.
Now I cannot get rid of the warmth (25-26 degrees Celsius (77-79°F)) inside the apartment, even though the outside temperature has dropped to only 17 degrees Celsius (63°F).
All in all, I would never have something like this installed again. So far, I have always done very well with proper ventilation on my own.
