Hello everyone,
In our house, ventilation units are to be installed in the roller shutter boxes in the four rooms in the attic—dressing room, bedroom, Child I and Child II—as well as in the kitchen and living room. Specifically, Aereco Zuroh 100 units. Does anyone have experience with these and can share their opinion? Are they worth it?
Our site manager says we don’t necessarily need them, but if we want them, they will be installed.

You, if the ventilation system has a heat recovery unit without a bypass function. Then it reheats the incoming outside air on the left side nicely. This is desirable in winter and saves heating energy, but it can be really annoying in summer.
Maybe there is a button or a malfunction for this after all?

Maybe there’s a button or a malfunction for that? That is just a defined slot in the roller shutter box, nothing more. No heat recovery at all. Looking at the picture, the box measures about 20-25cm (8-10 inches) and has a rotary knob for manual ON/OFF, otherwise it operates "automatically". That’s it.
@Jamastau: So in this case, about 17 degrees Celsius (63°F) cold air should flow in when you set it to ON.
Yes, that's right—a box with a slot and even a button to close it tightly. I ventilate for hours at 18°C (64°F), and the temperature still stays at 25°C (77°F).
The cheapest of the cheap was installed there by the builder. You always learn afterward.
But I have since researched and found new indoor cover plates with a button for retrofitting the Zuroh 100 to Zuroh 110.
Let's see if that improves the situation.
