Hello, we received the information about our heating system for the new build (120 sqm (1,292 sq ft) living area) yesterday.
I would like to hear your opinions about it.
Nothing has been installed yet ;-)

We have approximately 190 sqm (2045 sq ft) of heated area and a building volume of just over 1000 cubic meters (35,300 cubic feet). According to the heating load calculation, the 55 kW Arotherm would have been sufficient, except for the pump capacity. That’s why we are now getting the 75 kW model, which is actually oversized.
When I see 120 sqm (1290 sq ft), I claim that the minimum factor of 2 is oversized.
The energy consultant does NOT handle this. For the design, you need a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) planner.
