-Hello
Originally, we had planned to install a recirculating cooker hood for our new kitchen, but shortly before installation, we decided to go with a ducted model. The extractor hood will hang above a kitchen island, without a direct wall connection. Now the question is how to best route the exhaust air outside. We want to avoid attaching a large duct pipe at the corner and running it along the wall, as that looks quite unattractive. What other solutions are available?

Unfortunately, I cannot offer specific advice, except this: If you do not want an exhaust duct visible on the wall and ceiling, the duct would need to be routed upwards through the ceiling. However, this is not feasible if there are other rooms above the kitchen where it is not possible to install an exhaust duct.
