I have been a passive reader in this forum for some time – this year, we will be having a single-family house built by a developer in Schleswig-Holstein. The building permit (or planning permission) has been approved, and hopefully, construction will start soon!
Our developer recently teamed up with a new partner for windows and doors and now gives us the option to either switch to the new partner’s windows or stick with those specified in our building description.
As the title already suggests, this concerns the product lines "Evers Contra top" and "Brömse Projecta."
As laypersons, we find it difficult to make a decision and would appreciate some input regarding the windows.
Are there differences in quality, availability, durability, insulation, service, or other factors? Perhaps someone has experience with both manufacturers and would be willing to share it?
Best regards & many thanks!
