Hello everyone,

I am about to build a semi-detached house with a basement. The dimensions of the house are 6 x 12.5 m (20 x 41 feet).
I would like to know how much the earth excavation will cost. For that, I need to find out how many cubic meters I will have to dispose of.
What do you think I should expect?

Best regards,
Michi

220 sqm (2,370 sq ft) * price per sqm (sq ft) varies significantly by region

L x W x H x €/m³ x soil class x regional factor.

Oh, I had a momentary lapse... not square meters but cubic meters.

But aren’t the slopes/workspace missing? That is also a considerable amount.

More likely around 400 cubic meters (14,126 cubic feet) including workspace.
