maybe someone can help me. I have a problem with my front door not closing properly. I have adjusted it several times using an Allen key, and it stays fine for 2–3 weeks, but then it becomes difficult to close again. I don’t think the house is warping that quickly each time. I believe the issue is more with the metal plate because it shifts constantly. Unfortunately, I don’t know the exact name for this part, but I found it under “door striker.” Can someone explain the differences between electric strike, latchbolt with radius, memory function, and any other types available? How can you know which one fits? Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks.
