I recently read that it is possible to get on-site consultations as well. Are these consultations very expensive? Has anyone already had one? And are these consultations helpful?

And one more thing I forgot to mention: these consultations are also subsidized. You can even get part of the costs reimbursed, which is probably intended to alleviate concerns about expenses. However, the consultation must cover the entire building.

And how does such a consultation usually proceed?

The consultant will come to your home to inspect the entire property and initially carry out a comprehensive assessment. Then the consultant will write a detailed report and, in a personal meeting, will even provide advice on how to implement the measures cost-effectively, as well as which subsidies you can receive and, most importantly, how to obtain them.

Do you have any further questions?

No, not yet. Everything sounds good so far. I will get in touch with BAFA and see if an advisor can come to visit me.
