ᐅ Energy-Plus House

Energy-plus houses are being built for me by the developer. The plans indicate that the houses will be equipped with wood chip heating systems, geothermal energy, solar thermal, and photovoltaic panels.

Will all of these systems actually be installed? What exactly should I understand by this?

What KfW standard is being promised?

As far as I know, it will perform better than KfW40.

What would you recommend?

KfW40 has not been available for years. In addition, the proposed heating systems are not necessary at all and certainly not photovoltaic systems.

Sorry, to me all of this sounds questionable, and when in doubt, it means stay away, because usually building a house is a one-time investment.
