ᐅ ENERGISK / Whirlpool cbi 601 wn

Once again, I have a question regarding the kitchen installation and renovation:

We have the ENERGISK Whirlpool fridge/freezer combination cbi 601 wn. Unfortunately, I no longer know where and how this appliance is mounted and secured in the Faktum tall cabinet, as we removed it 1.5 years ago and it has been standing freely since then.

Customer service – which, by the way, charges €60 for a new magnetic seal (just as a side note) – also cannot help. Is there an assembly manual for this? There is an angle bracket between the doors that needs to be mounted on the side panels. But what about the top and bottom?

You could try contacting IKEA customer service to ask for the installation manual for 445.355.10. The older manuals should still be stored on some server.

I’m not sure if the issue has already been resolved (?) – if not: when looking at current FROSTIG instructions (see above) or even older FROSTIG manuals (by the way, some of the same model names appear with both “Energisk” and “Frostig”): the mounting inside the cabinet seems to be almost identical for various whirlpool cooling units. Usually, there are two screws above the door (often hidden under a cover) and two screws at the bottom. If you check where these screws go, you should also be able to determine the appropriate positions for the shelves by measuring.
