Hello,

we recently saw a reference house featuring the Emsländer brick in white (bruchrau 2DF) and found the look very appealing. Now we are also interested in whether anyone has experience with this type of brick and if there is any information or feedback available?

Possibly also regarding prices, durability, workmanship, etc.?

Thanks & best regards

Is that really a facing brick? It looks more like a bush-hammered sand-lime brick to me; sand-lime brick exposed masonry is usually durable and attractive. What is the planned wall construction anyway?

What would bother me is the need for impregnation every 10 years.
Of course, it also depends on the type of house; with a bungalow, it's more manageable.
