ᐅ Emphasize roof structure with a step? Looking for opinions

Good evening everyone,

we are currently finalizing the details before the shell construction enters its final phase.
Today, we are facing the following decisions, which are certainly a matter of personal taste, but I would still like to hear your opinions or even see other real-life examples.

1. What color should the roof overhang be – white or gray?
The roof will be covered with Tegalit in the color granite.

2. Whether to include this additional ledge to emphasize the roof and create a seamless transition into the gray-accented window areas.

Both questions are, of course, closely related. I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Personally, I don’t particularly like this Chinese shoebox design with the rice hat and mascara around the eyes. The details don’t really matter much here.

However, I would choose V4.
