Hi, I’m looking around a bit but can’t find exactly what I need.
I’m not an electrician myself but have some basic knowledge. Before anyone panics, I’m only planning and will run the cables myself. The electrician I trust will handle the connections and make everything live.
I’m looking for software to plan an electrical installation with floor plans and multiple levels, where I can possibly export a table listing cable lengths, switches, sockets, etc.
Home automation is done with Loxone, which then provides me with the necessary components—neatly organized with prices, quantities, and sorted by rooms/devices as an Excel file, and all for free.
Best regards
schaaaf

RED CAD is not bad – the price-performance ratio is very good, at least if you can finish within 3 months. Everything else I have tried so far was either too expensive or significantly more difficult to use.
However, if you want a free solution, Mein Bauplan from Voltus (online tool) could be a possible alternative.
