Hello,
I am currently planning the electrical installation in our shell construction.

Now I have reached the bathroom, and we would like to install a mirror with integrated lighting.

So, my questions are:

1. At what height should I install a flush-mounted box? There are installation zones, but I can’t find a specific height for the bathroom.
2. Should I install a socket that is controlled by a switch located to the right of the washbasin, or should I install a cable with connector blocks?

Thank you all.

Cable with terminal. The cable can be switched via a light switch. The cabinets are delivered with cable but without a plug. The cable must come from the wall behind the cabinet so that it is not visible when the cabinet is installed. The cabinets have a hollow space at the back for cable management.

Cable five-core, for continuous power supply to socket, clock, or for a DALI control system for dimming (which not all built-in lights support).

Yes, thank you very much.

I will install a flush-mounted box centered above the basin, at a height of 1.70 meters (5 feet 7 inches) above the finished floor.

A wall outlet box is quite luxurious! That definitely fits well.

Is that a standard flush-mounted box?
