ᐅ Electric roller shutter only moves briefly. Overload error message.

Hello,
Maybe someone has experienced these problems with electric roller shutters.
This one only moves briefly (1 out of 4 times) when trying to raise it.
The display shows an overload message.

Since the warranty has just expired, I want to try to diagnose the problem myself first.
Nothing seems to be stuck. Already checked.
Now I’m considering resetting the roller shutter and reprogramming it.
Cutting power to the apartment would not be ideal, as I would then have to relearn all the roller shutters.

Is there another possible solution?
The system uses Commeo radio transmitters.

What does "tested" mean? Did you push and activate at the same time?
Can’t you just disconnect one of the roller blinds? For example, inside the roller shutter box...
