we are currently planning our bathroom.
We had planned to install the electric towel radiator at a spot where our thermostat is now supposed to be placed. According to our house electrician, we should find a different location for the electric radiator because otherwise it could interfere with the thermostat.
So the question is: is this really necessary? We would probably use the electric radiator mainly during the transitional seasons anyway. What do you think?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,

We don’t have thermostats or electric radiators and are satisfied with that ;-)
It depends on how you feel... Electric radiators are used because bathrooms require higher room temperatures in the heating load calculations. Thermostats may not be necessary depending on the type of system (they have little influence on the temperature).
I wouldn’t install the thermostat next to the radiator. That confuses your heating system.
