ᐅ Should the joint between the terrace and the house wall be sealed with a flexible joint?

The structure is as follows: lava aggregate layer, drainage concrete, tile adhesive, and 2cm (0.8 inch) porcelain stoneware tiles.
The terrace dimensions are approximately 7 x 4 meters (23 x 13 feet).
I got VDW 815 plus 2K grout for the joints.
Can I use this grout for the joint next to the house wall (which is doubly sealed with reactive waterproofing), or does it have to be sealed with an elastic joint compound?
